Gryffos runs a managed answer engine and chooses the model for each question itself: everyday questions get a fast, efficient model, while Smart mode (on paid plans) reads across your whole workspace with a more capable model for deeper analysis. Model selection, upgrades, and quality are handled for you — no vendor choices, no API keys.
PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), plain text, and Markdown. Spreadsheet answers cite the sheet, slide answers cite the slide number — Gryffos is built around the documents businesses actually work with day to day.
Yes — setup takes under a minute: 1) In your workspace, press Connect LINE to get a link code. 2) In LINE, add the Gryffos bot as a friend — or invite it into your team group. 3) Type link <code> in that chat. Done: ask with “ถาม …” (or “ask …”) and cited answers arrive in the chat, or send a file into the group and Gryffos adds it to the workspace and replies with its summary and deadlines. Everything syncs with the workspace history on the web.
